It has been two.5 years since my business firm was congenital with Pulte. It started with the wrong basement flooring plan being poured. They refused to ready it, later on many complaints we finally received a small reimbursement for lost square footage. This cause the house to exist behind schedule. At that place were many open up items when I airtight that I was told would be stock-still. Due to a neat warranty person, she is no longer in that location, a lot of it was fixed. The drywall was finished terribly, they tried to fix it at the one year warranty only the made information technology worse and I now I take spots all over my firm. I was yelled at for moving tape as they would not fix something that wasn't originally called out, even though it was plain bad drywall and I did not add together or movement the tape (to mark the bad spots). I take had to go back and sand many spots that were just painted over.

I am a single woman and almost every contractor including the warranty person has made comments near how women cannot fix/install/work on a firm. 2 years after moving in my hardwood floors are coming apart in multiple areas. I attribute this to poor installation. There is a long crevice in my foundation but it is not big plenty to fix. Yet, with the floor issue and my cabinets accept come up off the wall, I feel mayhap this crack is the root cause. Pulte is refusing to do anything.

One of the shower pans has had a cleft in information technology since I moved in. This obviously got lost equally so many larger bug had to be resolved, replaced damaged furnace, hood stove, stairs, long list. At i year warranty they said they would fix it, still not fixed. When I reached back out to warranty they are at present maxim the homeowner damaged it and refusing to have it stock-still. It is disappointing to build a large home with a company and become this kind of treatment. I do not recommend edifice a business firm with Pulte and I will never again.

Pulte is worst company to deal with mail service purchase. We bought a new home and had ane year warranty. They took forever to acknowledge problems and did worst chore in fixing them. On i occasion their staff member visited our business firm to audit flooring result, we asked him to wear mask equally we had a new born at that time in business firm during covid outbreak, the staff person became really grumpy and did such a ** job. Their staff came to gear up the pigment issue and did a wrong paint on our wall, we asked them to fix information technology the staff member said contract says we will do fix but in 1 visit and there is no guarantee for pigment to friction match. My wall is left with patches. Hate this company, no one should buy from them. Promise they get sued big fourth dimension

We have had difficulty with the ac organization in a Phoenix home recently completed. Later on a number of calls over a 4-v week fourth dimension period (and waiting on hold 3 fourth dimension for over an hour) we finally got them to schedule the HAVC people to come … a week from at present. In Phoenix with temperatures getting well above eighty, and having guests coming, this is another example of Pulte's attitude toward their customer. This problem has been going on for weeks and we now have to expect another week to get someone here...ridiculous. This simply adds to the other warranty work that was to be done and never resolved yet...five months later...

If in that location was a negative number I would have given that. Worst builder I take had to deal with. Please don't purchase from them. Their construction, which they claim is top notch, is so very poor. I bought a home in Del Webb Spousal relationship Park community in Aubrey, TX and closed on information technology last December. So far none of the defects have been cured. I yet do not have my upgraded dishwasher I paid for. Field manager Greg ** is forth with customer service section is as useless as they come. Left so many letters and followed with emails fifty-fifty leaving a message at their corporate part, no decency to acknowledge the call or follow upwardly. They charge enormous amount for upgrades compared to other builders and what you go in the finish- poor construction, no follow through and no repairs. Actually regret my decision.

Built our firm in 2021, took them over 6 months to build. Nosotros are seeing many defects and they have forever to get to open issues. Paint is horrible. You can't touch the walls. They are using some cheap paint. Well actually they are using everything cheap. Very bad builder to work with. Exercise Not trust anything they say if you are already in the process. If y'all are looking don't purchase Pulte. Trust me you will be a lot happier with whatever other builder.

We thought things were going pretty well from the commencement. The people were friendly and seemed helpful. When we got to the interior design meeting, nosotros constitute out that we were REQUIRED to install carpet and that there were no wood floor choices other than laminate wood. Nosotros figured, whatever, we can deal with information technology and replace what we demand to afterwards a few years. Nosotros moved in during wintertime, and so our yard had to exist installed the next summer. The sod was delayed and delayed long enough that a urban center watering brake went into consequence (in mid-June) and we couldn't get the sod installed until August - 6 months after we moved in. They so ripped upwardly concrete in the sidewalk and on the street, with almost no communication, forcing u.s.a. to drive on the new sod to exit of our driveway.

Finally, at virtually 11 months afterward motion in, we had an inspection before the 1-year menstruation. Our inspection came back longer than what we had received on a business firm built in 1913. Worse, every fourth dimension we tried to get something fixed, we had to fight for it and waste time and accept days off work for multiple return trips. At to the lowest degree 3 of the issues were code compliance issues (HVAC return vent too close to the furnace, HVAC frazzle and intake too shut together, and attic insulation below code levels). And we had ii dissimilar service techs, from different companies, tell the states that the original install had not been done properly by their own people. In summary: We accept no trust in Pulte's quality control or ability to build a domicile worth living in.

DO Not PURCHASE ANY NEW Business firm with them!!!! It will take more xvi months to build. My contract is 2021-05 and my estimate closing was 2021-10. Now, information technology delays to 2022-06. Probably will delay over again. Every fourth dimension I called this ** architect, they just replied with some bad news. Material delay, labour filibuster, and there is nothing this ** builder can exercise. DO Not BELIEVE WHAT THE Judge CLOSING DATE IN THE SALES SHEET! Information technology is **!

We had our home built in 2019 and I merely have to say that there are some things that we did not detect after the build. Unremarkably, it takes time to see any defects in the habitation, and one major problem we are take is the cabinetry above our microwave, the ceiling part isn't fifty-fifty attached which is really shoddy work. Unfortunately we didn't notice this until I was reaching for something, and I merely happened to glance and notice it was there a week ago. We are besides having issues with our water heater, we tin barely accept one shower before the h2o gets cold. To add to that our h2o force per unit area drops in all sinks when the shower is running.

I filed a repair ticket with Pulte and received a telephone call dorsum from Bill, when I explained the result had a snarky attitude with me with non remorse and told me all my issues were out of warranty. This is highly frustrating equally a new homeowner, and now I empathise why their warranties are short. When we moved in, we besides had a few bushes dice which were but covered for 30 days, this is absolutely ridiculous as that's not enough time, especially to inspect the domicile for whatsoever flaws mentioned above.

The only reason why we bought a Pulte home was because nosotros honey their floor plans, but their client service and the people who build them are horrible and do actually bad work. We've had other issues were there were wrong screws used, outlets painted over, and some parts of the firm not even painted. I'd like to speak inside someone at Pulte well-nigh these issues and have the plumbing problems repaired, equally well as address the chiffonier issue.

Purchased a Pulte Condo in Novi, at Woodbridge. The quality of the windows for a 400k plus condo is a joke... Cabinets that are literally cleaved, supposed to exist soft close...don't work. A whole upstairs bath was non completed... No caulking, no actual hardware...similar handles...unfinished paint. Dirt and mud then bad in the patio door walls, the doors would hardly shut. The service from the builders was at best OK before you close on the Condo. After we closed... Goose egg people returning calls or emails... Truthful story. Look elsewhere my propose.

I purchased a habitation from Pulte and airtight in June of 2020 and had no choice simply to take Whirlpool appliances. Pulte does not offer high end appliances in order to maximize their profit. The first thing that failed subsequently only 3 months was the Microwave and considering we didn't want to get the same cheap microwave we upgraded and paid 400 for a Kitchen Aid, same size but never received the trim kit that matches the oven that came in sometime in October 2020. It is at present January 2022 and we are withal waiting for the trim kit. Every time we call to find out we spend hours on the telephone.

The fridge is a cheap version of the worst refrigerator made in China, the ice maker works ok but water ice gets stuck in the chute and when it doesn't get stuck one-half goes to the glass and the other half to the flooring. Poor design and we are stuck with information technology. Tried to purchase an LG from Costco simply it won't go through the door so again we are stuck with this pocket-sized refrigerator with no room for groceries for two people. Stovetop is also cheap, only looks good the day we got the house, one of the burners would go off when turned to low with gas all the same flowing.

Grates wait 10 years sometime but must admit nosotros cook every solar day. Oven will not calibrate and it is not accurate so we have learned to set everything x degrees higher to brand upwardly for the variance. Dishwasher had issues as well, unless you run it for iii hours the shorter settings always take dishes or utensils withal soiled. Warranties take expired later ane yr so it is now time to replace almost everything if nosotros want decent appliances. Very disappointed only I blame Pulte for buying cheap.
